At the helm is Chef Chris, a former yacht captain who traded in ocean voyages for smoke-filled skies. After years of catering to high-end clients aboard luxury vessels, he set his sights on land, bringing precision, creativity, and serious flavor to the pit. The result? A menu that sails far beyond the ordinary.
From signature dishes like Kraken Brisket and Blackbeard’s Pork to creative twists like our Brisket Empanadas with Mango Habanero Sauce, every bite tells a story. All meats are slow-smoked to perfection using authentic Texas post oak — a nod to tradition, with a flavor all our own.
